Adding a Shared Public Folder Calendar into Outlook (Newcastle Office)

  • Open up the "Folders" Page in Outlook.

  • Scroll down to the "Public Folders - Your Email" and then expand the Public Folders list, as well as the All Public Folders folder.  

  • Right click the "Newcastle Office" calendar and click on "Add to Favourites"

  • This should now appear in your calendars list on your calendar page, you should then be able to interact with it like a normal calendar.
