Open up the "Folders" Page in Outlook.
Scroll down to the "Public Folders - Your Email" and then expand the Public Folders list, as well as the All Public Folders folder.
Right click the "Newcastle Office" calendar and click on "Add to Favourites"
This should now appear in your calendars list on your calendar page, you should then be able to interact with it like a normal calendar.
