Shared Folder File Transfer Error

Shared folders and transmittals state that they cannot open the files for transfer.

Go to the Info Exchange activity center for the project.

Select All Outgoing from the transfers drop-down list.

Select the italicized transfer (the file you are trying to sync)

Select the Shared Folder and locate the Newforma Transfer icon in the Windows System Tray, as shown here. If it is not visible, right-click the transfer in Project Center and select Monitor Progress.

Mouse over the transfer icon to view the current transfer progress and number of retries.

If there have been numerous retries, right-click the Transfer icon in the System Tray and click Cancel, as shown here:

Refresh Newforma then the transfer should now be red, just try to send it again.
