Removing UC-One

There are two ways to remove UC-One. If option 1 doesn't work please try the other.

Press the windows search icon and look for Add or remove programs

Every app on your laptop should then show up, we want to use the search bar to search for UC-One. Once you've found UC-One press the three dots and select uninstall.

If the UC-One uninstall doesn't seem to make any progress check the taskbar to see if it's asking for admin permissions. If the following dialogue box shows up select Yes.

UC-One should then be removed from your system, you can check this by trying to search for UC-One

Alternatively, if the above doesn't work please instead try the following.

search for UC-One, right click and press Open file location

A folder containing an uninstaller for UC-One should then show up. Please run the executable and UC-One will uninstall itself.
