How to re-enable Newforma Add-In in Outlook
If the Newforma add has disabled itself in Outlook. First, make sure you are on the VPN if working and not in the office.
In Outlook please can you check and re-enable using the info below, you can check in these options.
File - Options - Add-ins (Manage: Disabled Items)
Make sure there is nothing in there, if there is something in there select all and enable them all. Click close to all and then close Outlook and then reopen it.
Newforma add-in should now show in Outlook after closing and reopening.

If it still does not after doing this please check in File - Options - Add-ins (Manage: COM Add-ins)
Check Newforma Outlook Add-in is enabled, if not tick it and then click ok, close Outlook and then reopen it.
