DO NOT RUN THE OLD "OUTLOOK SIGNATURE MAKER" THE NEW APP IS "TSA RILEY SIGNATURE MAKER"

Firstly close Outlook
Search for the TSA Riley Signature Maker application

A shortcut should be on your desktop
If not you can search in the start menu.

If you cannot find the TSA Riley Signature maker, please open the "Company Portal" application, go to apps and install the TSA Riley signature maker. If you cannot find this under apps, click Settings at the bottom right then click sync.
Run the application and update any optional fields.

Login with Microsoft
If any details are wrong, change them with the "Change Details". This will email HR to change them on Henri and update your signature with the new details (right away)

Hit the "Create Signature" button and wait for the app to confirm the signature has been created.
