How to update Newforma to the latest version
Please follow the steps below to update your Newforma.
If you're not connected to the office network you'll need to be connected to the VPN.
1. Close Newforma & Outlook.
2. Go onto your c: drive and look for this folder, please run the file inside. (If you're missing this folder please instead navigate to \\hr-archive\Apps\Newforma\2022.3.26501 and run the NewformaProjectCenterOffice64Setup file)
3. Newforma will then ask you to enter a server/project centre name, please enter HRCRNPC
Note: If you're in ESP or Nidus you'll need to enter RC-NPC02 as the project centre name.
Once newforma has updated itself, you may want to correct a few things to improve the quality of life!
1. If you previously had Newforma pinned on your taskbar you might notice it now looks like a white page - To fix this please right-click and select unpin, you'll then need to search for Newforma and repin this.

3. If you previously had column filters enabled you'll need to enable these again - Open any project and go to emails/files. Right-click the bar at the top and select "Show column filters"
