Focalpoint expenses, project coming up as invalid
Hi All
We have noticed that there are a number of jobs that are coming up invalid when you select them for expense purposes. The quickest way to resolve this is as follows:
- Job Costing
- Project Management
- Search/Select job that is showing as invalid (can search via Keyword Search box top left of screen)
- Double click on job when it is showing in the bottom screen
- Status – top left – change to Suspended
- Save
- Status – top left – change back to Active
- Save
When you go back into your expenses and add a line to charge against this job, it should now show the job and you should be able to save expenses against it.
