The below is a guide on how to unlink OneDrive / Edge connections.
How to Unlink Your OneDrive Connection:
Open OneDrive:
- Locate the OneDrive icon in your system tray in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Make sure to hover over each cloud and ensure you're selecting the DGA (UK) OneDrive - Not the TSA Riley OneDrive

- Right-click the icon and select Settings.

Access Account Settings:- In the OneDrive settings window, go to the Account tab.
- Under the section labelled OneDrive, click on Unlink this PC.
Confirm Unlinking:
- A prompt will appear to confirm. Click Unlink Account.
- Once you've unlinked your account, a box to sign in may pop up, just close this down.
Once done, your OneDrive connection will be removed from the device, and your files will remain available online in OneDrive if you require them again.
How to Delete a Microsoft Edge Work Profile:
Open Microsoft Edge:
- Launch Microsoft Edge on your device.
Access Profile Settings:
- Click on the profile icon in the top-left corner of the Edge window.
- From the dropdown menu, select your DGA work profile, this should open a new Edge window. (If you're already using the DGA profile you can ignore this step.)
- You'll now want to click the profile icon again and select the settings cog.
- Ensure you're on your work profile by confirming that your DGA email shows like the one in the below picture, you can then click the bin icon to remove it.

Confirm Deletion:- A confirmation prompt will appear. Select Delete to permanently remove the work profile from Edge.
