The guide below will take you through the steps of transferring the files currently in your Confidential folder to your OneDrive.
The files from your Confidential folder can be dragged directly into OneDrive, or if you prefer to keep things separate, you can create a folder like I've done below. I've called my folder '~ Old Confidential folder'. This folder was created within my OneDrive area.
Next, head into your 'My Newforma Projects' shortcut and open your @username - Confidential folder. We want to move everything apart from the 99-Newforma folder. If your shortcut to the Newforma projects is missing, you can instead go to Documents -> My Newforma Projects.
Select all your files/folders within the confidential folder apart from the 99-Newforma folder and cut them using Ctrl + X (or right-click and select cut). Once your files are cut, they'll become slightly transparent
Once your files have been cut, navigate back into your OneDrive and select the location you'd like to place these files. As I created a folder called '~ Old Confidential folder', I'll place them there. Press Ctrl + V to paste your files into the new location (or right-click and select paste).
Depending on the number of files/folders you're moving, you may get the following pop-up. It's important not to close or interrupt this process.
If you've followed the steps correctly, after the transfer has completed, you should just be left with the 99-Newforma folder inside your confidential folder, and all other documents/files will be within the location you pasted them to.
