iManage: How to Find a Client Project

All client projects in iManage are filed using a unique account number from HENRI. Searching by this number is the quickest and most reliable way to locate a specific client's workspace.

The account number always follows the same format: AC-xxxxxxxxx.

Step 1: Find the Client's Account Number in HENRI

First, you need to get the correct account number from HENRI.

1. Open HENRI and search for the client's name or open one of their existing projects.

2. On the client's page, locate their unique account number (e.g., AC-00010550).

3. Copy this entire number.

Step 2: Search in iManage

Now, use that number to find the project in iManage.

1. Navigate to the search bar in iManage.

2. Paste the full account number you copied from HENRI into the search field.

3. This will take you directly to the correct client project workspace.

Example:

To find the client project for Sainsbury's, you would first find their account number in HENRI, which is AC-00010550. You would then search for AC-00010550 in iManage to find their workspace.
